First Class Caregivers is a Dallas senior care company that provides premium non-clinical, in-home caregiving services on a private-pay basis. Founded in 2007, we are a veteran-owned business with a customer-first focus.
What We Do
Our experienced non-clinical caregivers provide a wide range of senior care services, including bathing assistance, meal preparation, safety supervision, transportation, and incontinence care. We also employ Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides with specialized experience in Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s disease, diabetes, stroke, and heart attack, and more. Our minimum caregiver engagement is just four hours. Whether you need full-time care, long-term care, or drop-in assistance, our experienced senior caregivers are ready to help.

We are available to serve your needs 24 hours a day, seven days per week.

Our Leadership
As a veteran of the U.S. Air Force (Vietnam era), First Class Caregivers CEO Bernie Francis understands the importance of service, honor, and character. The military taught him how to lead with integrity—and the lessons he’s learned servicing his company continues to guide him as a Dallas business leader.
Prior to creating First Class Caregivers in 2007, Mr. Francis served on the board of Senior Quality Lifestyles Corporation, a nonprofit developer of senior retirement communities, for 18 years. Serving as the Vice-Chair, he was instrumental in developing six exceptional continuing care retirement communities, including Edgemere in Dallas, The Stayton in Fort Worth, and Querencia in Austin. He has also served on the Board of Directors for Texas Mutual Insurance Company, chaired the Board of Regents for Texas State Technical College, chaired the Board of Regents for the Texas State University System, and Advisory Board for Texas Western Governor’s University. Mr. Francis currently serves as the CEO of Business Control Systems, an IT and engineering staffing business.
Mr. Francis has not only served his country, but also his city and state. He was elected to the Carrollton City Council and served three terms. Governor Bush appointed him to a business-allocated seat on a 14-county regional arm of the TX Workforce Commission, and Governor Perry appointed him as one of nine regents to the Texas State University System. Additional state appointments include the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board’s 60x30TX initiative, the Texas Business Leadership Council, and the Texas Institute for Educational Reform.

At First Class Caregivers, our experienced, professional team members understand what it means to provide “first class” care. Our leadership team brings over 50 years of combined experience in caregiving, with individual certifications in multiple disciplines of senior care, including dementia care, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease. To ensure we only hire the highest-caliber caregivers, we hand-select every candidate through a comprehensive interview process and extensive background and character checks.
